Hellmut Scheel

Hellmut Scheel has extensive experience in program development and leadership roles. Hellmut served as the Executive Vice President of Program Development at DB Consulting Group, Inc. starting in December 2008. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Program Development at SGT, Inc. from December 2003 to November 2008.

Hellmut Scheel obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from New Mexico State University, which they attended from 1974 to 1976. Hellmut later pursued further education at the Air Force Institute of Technology, earning a Master of Science degree in Systems Management from 1980 to 1981.
