Balasuresh Shanmugavel

Balasuresh Shanmugavel has extensive experience in BIM management and project coordination, serving as Head of BIM Management & Technology and Senior Project Manager at DB Engineering & Consulting from March 2017 to March 2024, focusing on German Standard BIM Infrastructure Projects. Prior to this role, Balasuresh worked as a Senior BIM Technician at Arcadis from September 2014 to February 2017, contributing to notable projects such as the GEC in Doha Expressway and Smart Motorway in London. Balasuresh began their career as a CAD Technician at Akshaya Builders and Pearlcity Engineering Builders between August 2007 and August 2014. Balasuresh holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Civil Engineering from Government College of Engineering, completed in January 2013, and a Diploma in Civil Engineering from Government Polytechnic College, obtained in January 2007.
