Joel DiCosta

Joseph “Joel” DiCosta is the Director of the Brooklyn Career Advance Program. He joined Grant Associates in 2013 as an Account Manager in the Newark Jobs Connect Program. Mr. DiCosta has been an integral part of various programs such as the Back to Work Program where he was a Lead Account Manager, the Industrial and Transportation Program where he was Site Manager/Business Services Manager, and most recently the Brooklyn Career Advance Program where he was Business Services Manager/Deputy Director before being promoted to his current role as Director. He has over 25 years’ experience in people management, staff performance and motivation previously working as an Operations Manager in the Maritime Industry. Mr. DiCosta holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Upsala University.
