Justo A. E. Scott

Justo A. E. Scott is Director of the Workforce1 Industrial and Transportation Satellite Career Centers located in Long Island City, the Bronx, Brooklyn and Staten Island, New York. The satellite centers were launched in 2016 to service employers, community-based organizations, and job seekers within New York City’s Industrial Business Zones. Justo has worked with Grant Associates since 2011 in multiple positions including Program Director of Jobs-Plus in Brownsville, Brooklyn, Deputy Director of the Workforce1 Industrial and Transportation Career Center in Jamaica, Queens, Account Manager Trainer on the company’s Corporate Training team, Program Manager at Back to Work, HRA’s Literacy Program in Times Square, New York, Business Services Manager of Newark Jobs Connect in New Jersey, and Senior Account Manager launching Brooklyn Workforce1 Career Center’s Central Library and Sunset Park Expansion Centers. Justo is an active member in the Society for Human Resource Management and prior to joining Grant Associates, held positions in human resources, recruitment, and management over ten years within the healthcare, legal staffing, and telecommunications industries. Justo holds a bachelor’s degree from Baruch College in Business Administration in Human Resource Management and a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Capella University.
