Matt is a program delivery specialist with experience across multiple sectors, specialising in energy and utilities, and financial services. He has key expertise and extensive experience in the delivery of large-scale enterprise projects while navigating complex compliance challenges.

As Chief Delivery Officer (CDO), Matt provides strategic shaping of DB Results’ large and complex delivery projects, ensuring the development of skills, capability and process to this critical service offering – a key differentiator for the company. Matt also leads DB Results’ Financial Services sector, managing the overall growth, planning and delivery for all customers within the industry.

Matt is experienced in building and managing globally distributed and diverse teams, and program delivery with sound technical knowledge. He has in-depth experience in strategic planning, driving operational efficiencies, compliance reporting, deployment of large-scale projects and managing P&L. He has worked extensively with clients to help them assess, deploy and manage world-class technology solutions.
