David Cuming is currently a Global MBA Student at The University of Manchester as of July 2023. With extensive experience in engineering and technology leadership, Cuming has been with DBD International since October 2006, serving in various roles including Chief Engineering Officer, Principal Engineer, and Director of Emerging Markets and Technologies. Significant achievements include leading the due diligence and commercialization of Advanced Modular Reactors, with successful delivery of a feasibility project for the UK government. Cuming has held critical positions overseeing engineering capabilities, technology transfers between the UK and China, and has been involved in several major design projects during tenure at previous companies such as DGP International, RWE Nukem, BNFL, and TSC Simulation. Cuming holds a Master of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from the University of Nottingham.
