Lorien Howarth is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate affairs and people management, currently serving as a Partner in People & Communities and Director of People at DBD International since April 2022. Additionally, Lorien holds the role of WiN UK Corporate Membership lead at Women in Nuclear UK and serves as a YGN Company Advocate for NI YGN. Prior experience includes positions such as Head of Corporate Affairs at BRE and Government Affairs Manager at AIRTO. Lorien has a strong background in strategic business development and advisory roles at the National Nuclear Laboratory, and earlier career experiences include consultancy roles and a graduate management trainee position. Academic qualifications include an MA in Directed Research in English Studies and a BA in English Language and Literature from the University of Liverpool, with ongoing studies towards an MBA at Alliance Manchester Business School.
