Chaeyoung Kim

Chaeyoung Kim is a UX Researcher at DBDLAB since June 2022, transitioning from the operations team to the product team. Responsibilities include formulating event specifications for user behavior analysis, conducting data analysis to extract insights for service improvement, and publishing a weekly newsletter on UX trends titled "신비한 UX 레퍼런스 사전." Previously, as an Operations Manager, Chaeyoung Kim led user research projects for startups under AC and VC institutions, collaborating with major corporations like LGU+ and 홈앤쇼핑. Chaeyoung Kim also has experience as a CX Specialist intern at banksalad from January 2021 to February 2022.
