Sumeet Kumar

Sumeet Kumar is an experienced professional in the fields of sustainability and project management, currently serving as a Partner and Director of Sustainability and Construction at Felicity Street Investment since July 2024, while also holding the position of Senior Project Manager at DBI Projects since September 2022. Previously, Sumeet worked as a Real Estate Advisor at Sterling Project Development from July 2021 to September 2022, and as a Graduate Student at New York University from August 2019 to July 2021. A seasoned expert with a decade-long tenure at Morphogenesis, Sumeet held roles including Senior Associate, Senior Architect, and Architect from August 2009 to August 2019. Sumeet holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate from NYU School of Professional Studies and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University School of Architecture and Planning.
