Brian L.

Brian L. has over 25 years of experience in various leadership and executive roles. Brian started their career at Bear Archery, Inc. as a Project Manager and Design Engineer before moving on to work at GE. At GE, they served as an e-Business Leader, Program & Systems Manager, and Six Sigma Master Black Belt. Brian then joined Danaher, where they held the positions of VP Engineering for Hennessy Industries and Director of Marketing and Engineering. Following their time at Danaher, Brian worked as a Senior Operations Consultant at Catalyst Business Systems, where they focused on lean implementation in marine and rail operations. Brian then held roles at The Greenbrier Companies, High Structural Erectors, and Vigor, LLC, where they served as General Manager, President, and Senior Vice President, respectively. Most recently, Brian worked at TBM as a Senior Executive Consultant and is currently serving as an Executive Vice President at DBM Global Inc., overseeing the merging of two separate business units to improve fabrication capabilities and leading the launch of a new custom structural products business. Throughout their career, Brian has demonstrated expertise in driving organizational change, improving efficiencies, and delivering profitable results.

Brian L. obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana Tech University, attending from 1984 to 1989. Brian continued their education and achieved a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arizona, studying from 1989 to 1994. Following this, Brian pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration at the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business from 1996 to 1998. Additionally, they obtained a Six Sigma Master Blackbelt certification from GE in March 1998.
