Mark Campbell

Mark Campbell has over 25 years of experience in executive management, financial management, change management, coaching, recruitment, operational improvement, strategy development and technology implementation.

Mark is currently the Chief Executive Officer at DBM Vircon, a position they have held since October 2020. Prior to that, they were a Principal Consultant at Mark4Advisory from December 2018 to October 2020.

From June 2017 to March 2019, Mark was the Executive General Manager at Calibre, responsible for driving growth in the Urban Development, Water & Environment, Transport, Technology, Buildings, Resources, Defence and Asset Management sectors across Qld, NSW, ACT, VIC, SA & NZ. With 20 offices, 800 staff and $95M P&L.

From March 2017 to July 2017, they were the Managing Director at Calibre. And from February 2014 to July 2017 they were the Executive General Manager - New Zealand at Calibre.

Mark Campbell has worked for leading professional services firms and has an MBA from Harvard Business School. Mark also has a B.Eng in civil engineering from Cranfield University.
