Sara Cecchi

Sara Cecchi is the Global General Manager of Technology at DBM Vircon. Sara has over ten years of experience in the construction and engineering industry, with a focus on project management and business improvement.

Sara started their career as an Engineering Cadet at Brookfield Multiplex, before moving into a Project Coordinator role. In 2012, they completed a management consulting internship at PwC Consulting, where they shadowed a management consultant and developed efficient management strategies utilising the lean six sigma organisational management technique.

In 2014, Sara returned to Brookfield Multiplex as Business Improvement Manager. In this role, they were responsible for the strategic management of the portfolio of technology projects at SHAPE Australia. Sara left Brookfield Multiplex in 2016 to join DBM Vircon as Global General Manager of Technology.

Sara Cecchi has a Masters of Information Technology from Charles Sturt University, a Bachelor of Civil Engineering and Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Western Australia, and a High School Certificate from Frederick Irwin Anglican School. Sara also has certification from EventBank Academy in Event & Membership Certification, Microsoft in Microsoft Service Adoption Specialist, APMG International in Change Management Practitioner, Australian Society for Quality (AuSQ) in Certified Lean Six Sigma Practitioner - Green Belt, and Procore Technologies in Procore Certified: Associate.

They are on a team with Steve Henderson - Chief Financial Officer, Sandeep Mathur - Global General Manager, Concrete & Rebar, and Gino Pezzente - Global General Manager, Bridges. Sara Cecchi reports to Mark Campbell, Chief Executive Officer.
