Aileen Cyndi Chua

Aileen Cyndi Chua, MBA, currently serves as Vice President of Group HR, Learning & Development at DBS Bank since August 2023. Previously, Aileen co-founded 90DOTS Pte. Ltd and served as Chief Learning Officer from August 2020 to July 2023, focusing on enhancing digital training standards and personal development through technology. Aileen's extensive experience at adidas includes roles as Global Sales Academy Director and Senior Manager across various learning and development capacities from June 2012 to May 2019. Additional experience encompasses marketing and instructional design consulting with Aileennation Marketing & Instructional Design, a long tenure at Singapore Netherlands Association as Head of PR and Communications, and interim marketing management at Piramide Groep. Aileen holds an MBA in Strategy from The Open University Business School, a BA (Honours) in Marketing from Birmingham City University, and a DipSM from the Marketing Institute of Singapore.
