Choy Chee Hoe

Choy Chee Hoe is an accomplished data scientist with extensive experience in both institutional banking and human capital analytics, currently serving as VP at DBS Bank since April 2020. In this role, Choy Chee Hoe has successfully managed projects and developed predictive modeling pipelines to enhance employee retention. Previously, as AVP, Choy Chee Hoe extracted insights from employee data to inform policy decisions and designed analytics processes to identify key driving factors. Prior experience includes a position at Manulife as a data scientist focused on marketing, where Choy Chee Hoe utilized HIVE for data mart creation and developed predictive models using PySpark.
