Eva San is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Lead for Assurance, Campus Recruitment, and Employer Branding at PwC China since 2016. In this role, Eva has developed and implemented recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent, managed the complete recruitment process, and enhanced the employer brand to position the firm as an employer of choice. Prior experience includes leading campus recruitment efforts at PwC and working as a Senior Recruiter and Training Consultant at SGS and SThree, respectively. Eva holds a Bachelor's Degree in China Business and Marketing from City University of Hong Kong and a Master's Degree in Strategic Human Resource Management from Hong Kong Baptist University, specializing in regional recruitment strategy, talent development, and candidate sourcing.
