Joy Tien

Joy Tien currently serves as Executive Director and GlobeSend/GTS Taiwan Head at 星展銀行 since April 2025. Prior to this role, Joy held multiple leadership positions at 遠東銀行 from June 2015 to April 2025, including Head of Sales Distribution, Head of Trust Department, and Head of Retail Bank Operation Center, overseeing operations, system management, and various compliance projects. Joy also has extensive experience at Citi, where roles included Senior Vice President in Telemarketing, Project Office, and Cards Call Center Management from September 1996 to June 2015. Earlier career experience includes serving as Operation Controller at GTE. Joy holds an MBA in Consumer Behavior from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor's degree in International Trade from Feng Chia University.
