Kristen Yee

Kristen Yee is an experienced business leader currently serving as Head of Deposits Product Management and SVP at DBS Bank since January 2014. Kristen's responsibilities encompass leading a team focused on customer journey and design, as well as developing ecosystem strategies in car, property, and education sectors. Key achievements include launching Singapore's first bank-led Car and Property Market Place and the award-winning DBS Home Connect mobile app. Prior to this role, Kristen held various positions at DBS Bank and Singapore Post Ltd, demonstrating expertise in product management, business development, and customer experience innovation. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Nanyang Technological University and certifications as a ScrumMaster and Scrum Product Owner.
