Petri Tuomola

Petri Tuomola serves as the Managing Director and Head of Data and AI Technology at DBS Bank, a position held since December 2020, where significant contributions include leading the bank-wide technology strategy for data and AI, resulting in the development of the enterprise data platform ADA. Prior to this, Petri was the Group Chief Business Architect at Nordea from June 2016 to November 2020, shaping the company’s business architecture in collaboration with top management. Previous roles also include Executive Director at DBS Bank and Director at Deutsche Bank, where leadership in core banking technology was pivotal across multiple countries. Earlier experience at Accenture involved project management and architecture for large-scale technology projects, with initial service as a First Lieutenant in the Finnish Defence Forces. Petri holds an MBA from INSEAD and advanced degrees from the University of Cambridge and the University of Helsinki.
