Raymond Chong

Raymond Chong is a seasoned banking professional with extensive experience in digital currencies and global transaction services. Currently serving as Senior Vice President in the Digital Currency Unit at DBS Bank since October 2021, Raymond focuses on ideating, designing, and commercialising blockchain-powered solutions for institutional banking clients. Previously, as VP at DBS Bank, played a key role in product management for digital currencies and payments. Prior to that, at HSBC from September 2017 to September 2021, managed the International Payments business, overseeing P&L and commercialization for corporate payments. Raymond's career also includes roles at J.P. Morgan, where responsibilities spanned corporate banking and treasury services. Raymond holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Economics from The University of Western Australia.
