Swati Agarwal is a seasoned HR professional with over 17 years of experience in the banking sector. Currently, Swati serves as the Country Head of Learning & Development and HR COO at DBS Bank in India, where key responsibilities include driving diversity and inclusion initiatives, HR analytics, communications, employer branding, HR project management, and enhancing employee journeys. Prior to joining DBS Bank in January 2015, Swati held the position of VP HR at YES Bank, overseeing end-to-end HR functions for various corporate groups. Earlier in Swati's career, an Assistant Manager role at ICICI Bank involved recruitment and employee relationship management for international banking and wholesale banking divisions.
