Sreenivas Mandalam

Sreenivas Mandalam has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry. Sreenivas is currently the VP of Engineering at DBSync, where they lead teams working on integration and replication platforms. Sreenivas is responsible for providing technical vision and direction to ensure the development teams are aligned with the company's strategy. Before joining DBSync, Sreenivas served as the Director of Technology at AADS Data Science, where they advised and mentored startups on various technology areas such as digital transformation, cloud migration, and machine learning. Sreenivas also held managerial roles at Cognizant Technologies, MeritTrac Services, Yahoo, Thomson Reuters, Cisco, Qualcomm, BroadSoft, and TIBCO Software Inc., where they contributed as a technology consultant and held leadership positions.

Sreenivas Mandalam completed a Chief Technology Officer Program at the Indian School of Business from 2023 to 2024. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Osmania University. Their educational background also includes a Master of Science degree and a Doctor of Philosophy degree, both in Computer Science, from Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU).
