Pauline Parant has a diverse work experience in the legal field, primarily focusing on finance and securities law. Pauline started their career as an intern in business law at TOTAL in 2006. Pauline then worked as a stagiaire droit boursier et financier at sanofi-aventis from January 2008 to June 2008. Pauline joined Société Générale as an in-house counsel for finance law from June 2008 to January 2011.

Pauline then moved to VINCI, where they worked as an in-house counsel for finance and securities law from February 2011 to March 2014. During their time at VINCI, they were involved in various financial activities, including derivatives negotiation, banking relations, and treasury negotiations.

Pauline then joined Stellantis as an in-house counsel for finance and securities law, focusing on finance law, derivative products, financing, and capital markets. Pauline'sresponsibilities included negotiating contracts and implementing regulations related to derivatives, financing, and bond issues. Pauline worked at Stellantis from March 2014 to February 2018.

In 2018, Pauline joined Korian as the Head of legal Corporate Finance, Securities Law, and Insurance. Pauline held this position until September 2021, managing legal matters related to corporate finance, securities law, and insurance.

After that, they joined Antin Infrastructure Partners as a Board Secretary/ Governance & ECM Director. Pauline held this role from September 2021 to September 2022.

Currently, Pauline is working at DBV Technologies as the Board Secretary & Associate General Counsel, starting from October 2022.

Pauline Parant's education history begins in 2001 when they attended Sainte Marie (Neuilly-sur-Seine) and received their Baccalauréat économique et social. In the same year, they also attended Lycée Pasteur (Neuilly-sur-Seine) where they studied Littérature in the hypokhâgne program.
