Kelly Burns

Head, Sales, Americas, Japan & Asia Pacific at Dbvisit Software

Kelly Burns has over fifteen years of experience in sales and customer service. Kelly began their career as a Marketing Assistant with GemLab jewellery Valuers, where they developed a digital marketing strategy and created content based on market research. Kelly also served as a Valuer's Assistant, training staff and providing customer service.

In 2007, Kelly began working as a Customer Sales & Service Representative with Energex. In this role, they handled billing and network enquiries, sales, and staff training. Kelly left Energex in 2008 to take a position as Resident Letting Agent with Frisco Apartments. In this role, they were responsible for reception, accounts, and the general management of long-term rental properties and tenants.

Kelly joined Dbvisit Software in 2009 as Head of Sales for the Americas, Japan, and Asia Pacific regions. In this role, they are responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing relationships with key clients, and leading a team of sales professionals. Kelly has been instrumental in driving growth for Dbvisit Software, and they were promoted to their current role in 2014.

Kelly Burns has a Bachelor of Business from Auckland University of Technology in Management and Marketing. Kelly also has certification from Vengres in Selling with LinkedIn for Individuals, CHALLENGE OF CHANGE C.I.C. in Challenge of Change Resilience Programme, Miller Heiman Group in Advanced Concepts for Strategic Selling, Department of Writing in Writing for Business - Public Speaking, and The University of Auckland in Negotiation Skills.
