Alana Tuppins

Alana Tuppins is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in management, marketing, and customer relations. Currently serving as an Assistant Manager at Playa Bowls since August 2023, Alana focuses on financial reporting, strategy implementation, and client engagement. As the Founder of Mockjoy Mobile Bar, established in September 2022, Alana developed a full-service non-alcoholic bar, efficiently managing invoicing, marketing, and client records while offering unique beverage alternatives for various events. Alana's experience also includes roles at P.F. Chang's as a Bartender and Catering Specialist, where dependability and customer interaction were prioritized, along with an internship in human-centered design at DC Design LTD. Alana holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations/Image Management from Wayne State University and an Associate degree from Oakland Community College.
