Brandi Colander

Brandi Colander serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors at DC Green Bank since May 2019 and holds the position of Senior Vice President of Corporate Affairs & Chief Sustainability Officer at Enviva until January 2025. Colander is also a Board Member at VEIC until September 2024 and was a Founding Member of Chief from March 2021 until August 2023, an organization aimed at supporting women in leadership. Previous roles include Chief Sustainability Officer at WestRock Company, Principal at The Raben Group and Diverse Asset Managers Initiative, Head of External Relations, D&I at Charter Communications, Associate Vice President at the National Wildlife Federation, and Deputy Assistant Secretary at the Department of the Interior. Brandi Colander holds multiple degrees including a Master's degree from Yale School of the Environment, a JD from Vermont Law and Graduate School, and a Master’s degree in Environmental Management from Yale University.
