Naïké Savain

Naïké Savain has a strong background in law and policy, with a focus on justice reform. They currently serve as the Director of Policy at DC Justice Lab, where they lead research, organization, and advocacy efforts to bring about large-scale changes to the criminal legal system in the District. Prior to this role, Naïké worked as a Policy Counsel at DC Justice Lab, contributing to the development of evidence-driven and racially just safety solutions.

Before joining DC Justice Lab, Naïké gained extensive experience at Children's Law Center. They served as a Supervising Attorney, Senior Attorney, and Staff Attorney during their tenure at the organization.
