Janette Rainey

Janette Rainey has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries and roles. Janette began their career in 1987 as a Management Accountant at RHM Foods Ltd and later worked as a Management Accountant at Westminster Cable Television. In 1990, they joined Safeway Stores plc as a Divisional Management Accountant. Janette then moved to Compaq Computer Manufacturing Ltd in 1993 as a Financial Accountant. From 1995 to 2016, they served as the European Financial Controller at ICCNexergy, Inc. Following this, they worked as the General Ledger Manager at Dover Corporation from 2016 to 2018. In 2018, they became the Director of Shared Services EMEA at DOVER BUSINESS SERVICES EMEA LIMITED. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Finance Shared Services at DC Thomson starting from 2019.

Janette Rainey completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Accounting from Abertay University between 1983 and 1986.
