Kien Poh Lee

Kien Poh Lee currently serves as the Head of Finance Shared Services for the Market Region Asia Pacific Africa at Eppendorf Group, where responsibilities include overseeing daily finance operations and compliance matters. Prior to this role, Kien held various positions at BD, including Manager of General Accounting & Controllership and Team Lead, where responsibilities involved managing the R2R process and a team supporting Greater China General Accounting. Experience also includes specialist roles in Management Accounting at BASF, financial analysis at HP and AstraZeneca, as well as early roles in accounting at Starbucks and Top Fresh IT Industries. Kien holds multiple qualifications from CIMA, including a Diploma and Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting, as well as a Diploma in Accounting and Finance from the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
