Jessica Shiao

Jessica Shiao, PE, PMP is a highly experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Supervisor of Systems Assessment at DC Water since March 2022, where responsibilities include managing hydraulic evaluations and condition assessments of water and sewer infrastructure.
