John F. Beesley

John F. Beesley is an experienced program manager specializing in tunnel construction, currently serving at DC Water since May 2021, after a prior role in the same position from 2012 to 2018. With extensive experience in various engineering capacities, John has worked as a field engineer on Metrorail tunnel construction, a design engineer for the Yucca Mountain Project, and an underground production engineer at a gold mine. Additional roles include safety engineer for the Trans-Missouri River Tunnel and mining engineer/safety director at Energy Fuels. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering from the University of Utah and a graduate degree in Construction Management from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
