Nicholas Capolarello

Nicholas Capolarello, PHR, currently serves as the Manager of HCM Systems at DC Water since December 2014, having previously held the position of Sr. Analyst in the same department. Nicholas has extensive experience in human resources information systems, with expertise in PeopleSoft 9.1, managing various benefits administration tasks, executing open enrollment, and training HR teams. Previous roles include HRIS Analyst at The Henry M. Jackson Foundation and Benefits Specialist at Children's National Medical Center, where Nicholas was responsible for system implementation, configuration, and benefits communication. Nicholas began a career at GEICO as a Corporate Benefits Analyst administering retirement and health plans. Nicholas holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Troy University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Marketing from Old Dominion University.
