Salil Kharkar

Salil Kharkar is a seasoned professional in the water utility sector, currently serving as Senior Technical Advisor to the COO at DC Water since October 2016, while also holding the title of Senior VP Operations and Engineering. Prior experience includes multiple leadership roles at DC Water, such as Director of Operations and Senior VP Operations and Engineering, as well as serving as Manager of Process Engineering at DCWASA. Salil Kharkar holds a Master of Engineering degree in Environmental Engineering from Manhattan University.
