Sheena Robinson

Sheena (Patrick) Robinson, PMP, has extensive experience in water management and customer service, currently serving as Meter and Field Services Manager at DC Water since October 2015, where leadership facilitates the installation and maintenance of over 130,000 meters. Previously, Sheena held various positions at DC Water, including Manager of Revenue Assurance, overseeing invoicing for municipal clients, and Supervisor of Billing, responsible for training a new in-house billing team. Prior experience includes serving as Performance Manager and Communications Specialist for the City of Charlotte, focusing on process improvements and stakeholder communication, and as a Laboratory Analyst, conducting water quality analyses. Sheena began her career as a Chemist at Pavco Inc., where chemical analysis and customer support were central responsibilities. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Spelman College.
