Keith Kelsey II

Keith Kelsey II is an experienced conductor and teaching artist currently instructing wind instrument group lessons and sectional rehearsals at the DC Youth Orchestra Program since August 2021. Keith has served as a musician and drum major for the Baltimore Ravens since April 2017, contributing to the largest musical organization in the NFL. As an instrumental music teacher with Baltimore County Public Schools since August 2016, Keith teaches instrumental music to diverse students in grades 4 and 5 and actively participates in the teachers’ union. Previous roles include youth development worker for Kalamazoo Kids in Tune, where Keith helped establish a youth orchestra program, and instrumental music teaching positions across various schools in Michigan. Keith earned a Bachelor of Music in Music Education from Western Michigan University in 2015.
