Fatoumata S. Diallo

Fatoumata S. DIALLO, Ph.D., MPA, is an accomplished professional in the fields of security sector governance and democratic development, currently serving as the Team Leader/Senior SSR Advisor at the DCAF - Geneva Centre for Security Sector Governance since September 2021. DIALLO is also the Founder and Executive Chair of the ED Foundation in Togo, dedicated to supporting vulnerable populations. With extensive experience as an independent consultant since January 2016, DIALLO has worked with various organizations, including DAI Europe and UNDP, providing technical expertise in security sector reform and democratic governance. DIALLO holds a Ph.D. in International Relations and Diplomacy, along with multiple degrees in public administration and political science from prestigious institutions in France and Canada.
