Huai-Yu Lin

Huai-Yu Lin has a diverse range of work experience in the field of product management and development. Starting in 2015 at ScoreMaster, they worked as a Product Lead, managing a team and collaborating with Junyi Academy. They also gained programming skills and independently modified and maintained code for iOS, Android, and RoR platforms.

In 2016, Huai-Yu joined Dcard as an iOS Developer, where they worked for a year before transitioning to the role of Product Manager. In this role, they implemented SCRUM methodology, reducing the development cycle by 30%. They also initiated various projects, including product features and marketing plans.

Later, Huai-Yu became a Product Director at Dcard, leading a team of 40 people and coordinating efforts across different departments to meet annual goals. They discussed product strategies with the CEO and ensured the team's performance was enhanced.

In 2020, Huai-Yu returned to Dcard as a Product Director, where they acted as a resource for the on-site team, analyzed the product development cycle, and recommended process improvements to increase efficiency.

Huai-Yu Lin pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering at National Taiwan University from 2009 to 2013. After completing the undergraduate program, Huai-Yu enrolled at the same institution to pursue a Master of Science degree in Computer Science & Information Engineering from 2018 to 2020.
