Pradeep Pandey

Pradeep Pandey has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Pradeep began their career in 2004 at Tata Internet Services Limited as a CFT. Pradeep then worked at Spectrum Solutions as a Senior Executive in HR from 2004 to 2007. Following that, they joined Reliance Communications as a Generalist HR from 2007 to 2010. Pradeep then worked at Welspun Group as part of the Group Talent Acquisition team from 2010 to 2012. Pradeep later moved to Hindustan Construction Company, where they held the role of Group Talent Acquisition from 2013 to 2014. Currently, Pradeep is working at DCB Bank as the Head of Recruitment & HRBP for AIB & Treasury, a position they have held since 2014.
