Vinh Nguyen

Vinh Nguyen has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Vinh is currently the Head of Engineering at dcbel, where they manage a team of engineers and implements initiatives to improve efficiency. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Engineering Manager at SACO®, where they were responsible for developing LED screen products and adapting them for different industries. Before that, they held the position of Vice President of Product Development at LumenWerx, where they defined product roadmaps and built and coached the team. Vinh also worked as the Director of Project Management & Design at Concept Store Fixtures International, overseeing project management, design, and customer service departments. Earlier in their career, they served as the NPI Program & PMO Manager at Lumenpulse, managing a team of project managers and developing tools and methodologies for tracking projects. Vinh started their career as an Electrical Engineer at Vertex Lighting and Divvali Lighting. Throughout their career, Vinh has consistently demonstrated strong leadership and technical skills in various engineering roles.

Vinh Nguyen completed their education at McGill University. From 2000 to 2004, they pursued a Bachelor's of Engineering degree in Electronics. Subsequently, they enrolled in an MBA program specializing in Global Leadership from 2008 to 2011. Additionally, they attained a certification as a Six Sigma Black Belt from GE, however, the specific month and year of obtaining this certification were not provided.
