Sarah Harris

Sarah Harris has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Sarah is currently the Director of Human Resources at DCCCA, starting in April 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Baker University from February 2020 to March 2021.

From September 2017 to February 2020, Sarah served as the Human Resources Manager at Midway Wholesale, where they single-handedly managed the HR department, providing services to over 170 employees across multiple locations.

Before joining Midway Wholesale, Sarah worked at CoreFirst Bank & Trust for a significant duration. From June 2015 to September 2017, they held the position of Human Resources Administrator, responsible for recruitment, employee relations, and training programs. Prior to this role, they were promoted to the HR department as the Recruitment & Employee Relations Specialist and later held the position of Officer - Retail Market Manager. Sarah began their tenure at CoreFirst Bank & Trust as the Branch Sales Manager in March 2003 and held the position until April 2012.

Sarah Harris attended Washburn University from 2003 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree with a focus on Art History. In 2017, they obtained a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute.
