Patrycja Nawrot

Patrycja Nawrot is a seasoned professional in IT recruitment and marketing, currently serving as a Senior IT Recruitment Consultant at DCG since February 2022. Responsibilities include leading IT and finance recruitment projects, candidate sourcing, application assessment, and interview coordination, along with candidate relationship management and onboarding. Patrycja's previous roles include positions at Everdea Polska Sp. z o. o. in e-commerce and marketing, and at Opera Bałtycka in marketing and executive assistance, where duties encompassed online store management, strategy implementation, sponsorship acquisition, and promotional campaign planning. An alumnus of the University of Gdansk, Patrycja holds two Master's degrees in Economics and Management/Marketing, as well as a Bachelor's degree in the management of artistic institutions.
