Landis Graden is the CEO, President, and Founder of DCG Strategies, an alternative real estate firm that partners with community leaders. They are also the Co-Founder of United Tech Cities. Landis holds an MBA in Management from Holy Names University, a Master of Divinity from Claremont School of Theology, and a BS in Management Information Systems from the University of San Francisco.

At DCG Strategies, we offer an alternative to conventional real estate firms with a distinct mission to serve California’s community-benefit organizations. Established in 2005, DCG has partnered with leaders of school districts, faith communities, local governments and non-profits to help transform real estate into resources for the communities they serve. We have served hundreds of clients from: - K-12 School Districts, Community Colleges and other Academic Institutions - Faith communities and other Faith-Based Organizations - Local Governments and Agencies - Non-Profit Organizations Understanding our clients often have complex, non-traditional needs and operate in a highly collaborative environment, we have developed a comprehensive suite of services from strategic advising to property planning to real estate services.
