Scott Donaldson

Scott Donaldson currently serves as General Counsel for DCH Health System, a position held since September 2023. Prior to this role, Scott was a Shareholder at Rosen Harwood, P.A. from October 2022 to September 2023. With 18 years of judicial experience as a former Judge on the Alabama Circuit Court and Court of Civil Appeals, in addition to serving as Chief Judge of the Court of the Judiciary, Scott possesses 20 years of legal practice experience. Scott's expertise is further enriched by extensive mediation and arbitration skills. From January 2021 to November 2022, Scott operated as a Mediator, Arbitrator, Educator, and Trial and Appellate Counsel through Scott Donaldson, LLC, and previously served as a Judge at the Alabama Court of Civil Appeals from January 2013 to January 2021, a court that holds statewide jurisdiction over specific cases.
