Ali Roberto is the President of America & Caribbean at DCH.

Prior to their current role, Ali Roberto served as the Human Resources Director at Kellogg Company from September 2013 to April 2017. Before Kellogg Company, Roberto was with Unilever as a Human Resources Business Partner from August 2011 to September 2013.

Roberto began their career in 1992 as a Professor of Physics and Mathematics at I.F.I "Los Proceres". Ali later joined BP in 1999 as a Human Resources Advisor. Ali remained with BP until 2003 when they were promoted to Human Resources Manager. Ali held this position until 2008 when they left to join Ericsson. Ali was with Ericsson for one year before joining Unilever in 2011.

Ali Roberto holds a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Universidad Simón Bolívar, a Licenciatura en Relaciones Industriales from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello, and a Programa Avanzado de Gerencia from IESA. Ali is certified in Global Strategy from LinkedIn, The Complete Skilled Negotiator from the Kellogg Company, Agilidad estratégica from LinkedIn, Fundamentos de Design Thinking from LinkedIn, and Liderazgo ágil: Cómo afrontar la nueva normalidad from LinkedIn.

They are on a team with Fabian Garcia Nicora - Director of Development Peru, Ángel Javier Vicente - VP of DCH Spain, and Mariola Alonso-Cortes Rodriguez - Director of Institutional Relations. Ali Roberto reports to Juan Carlos Perez Espinosa, Global President.
