Juan Antonio Fernández Cerrato

Juan Antonio Fernández Cerrato is the current Director of Spain at DCH. Juan has previously held positions at SACYR and ACCIONA, where they were responsible for talent development, talent management, learning and training, and talent acquisition. At their previous company, Grupo MRS, they led the transformation project and managed the growth, diversification, and expansion process. Theirareas of responsibility included labor relations, occupational risk prevention, human resources administration, organization, selection, training and development. The companies in the Group included PAS (Asphalt Pavements), Jamón Salamanca, Periódico Tribuna, Edimaro (real estate developer), Agropecuaria Turra, Hotel Salamanca Fórum Resort, SLM (cleaning and maintenance), Nido Viajes de Idiomas, Integral Press (rotary), etc. The sector included construction: civil engineering and building, real estate, agri-food, tourism, communication, graphic arts, etc. The staff numbered more than 1,200 employees and the team was 17 people. The billing was more than €150 million.

Juan Antonio Fernández Cerrato has a degree in Psychology from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, a PDG from Instituto de Empresa, and a Master's in Positive Psychology from Universidad de La Salle. Juan is also a member of the board of directors for DCH España.
