Alisa Neal

Alisa Neal is a seasoned quality assurance professional with significant experience in training and program management. Currently serving as the Quality Assurance Coordinator at DCI Donor Services, Inc. since March 2016, Alisa is responsible for training new staff on software, tracking programs, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards. Prior roles include Assistant Manager/QA Lead at Empirical Labs LLC, where Alisa set goals and prioritized work based on project needs, and Laboratory IT Analyst/QA Assistant at ESC Lab Sciences, facilitating interactions with auditors and developing electronic data delivery systems. Alisa also has experience in program management from a role at the Girl Scouts of Middle Tennessee, where leadership in outdoor skills and event planning was key. Alisa holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Business Management from Middle Tennessee State University.
