Dawson Nance

Dawson Nance is a Tissue Resource Manager at LifeCenter Northwest, with extensive experience in tissue recovery and organ preservation. Since September 2021, Dawson has focused on technical training, implementing scorecards for staff performance, and developing training protocols. Prior positions include Supervisor On Call and Senior Tissue Recovery Coordinator at DCI Donor Services, Inc., where responsibilities included donor eligibility assessment and staff performance management. Dawson also worked as an Organ Preservationist at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, contributing to record-breaking heart transplant numbers. Dawson holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Elon University, obtained in 2017.
