Michele Rosdahl

Michele Rosdahl is an experienced professional in the field of family services and counseling, currently serving as the Aftercare Manager at DCI Donor Services, Inc. since February 2021. Prior to this role, Michele was the Manager of Family Services at LifeShare Transplant Donor Services of Oklahoma, where responsibilities included directing a team, training, budget management, and strategic planning. With a background as a Foster Care Supervisor at TFI Family Connections, Michele oversaw human resource management, policy development, and foster family recruitment and support. Michele's career began at Rogers County Youth Services as an Outreach Counselor, providing counseling and treatment planning for at-risk individuals and families. Michele holds a Master of Education in Counseling from Northeastern State University.
