Oliver Wolf is Vice President at DCI Group where he manages international and domestic public affairs campaigns that focus on environmental and energy policy, trade, technology, tax, financial services, and development issues. Oliver specializes in providing counsel for strategic planning, tactical implementation, grassroots management, and third-party relationships for DCI Group’s corporate and non-profit clients.
During Oliver’s tenure at DCI, he has worked on a diverse cross section of industries. In the energy sector, he has led campaigns related to access, infrastructure, regulations, investor relations, tax, trade, power generation, and other issues. He has overseen client relations, day-to-day operations, media support and strategic counsel for Broadband for America, an association of Internet-related companies supporting America’s global leadership role in Internet service. He has been engaged by Embassy of Japan for media relations and educational support in Washington on the benefits of Japan’s entry in the Trans-Pacific Partnership free trade agreement. He has served as a delegate and managed media relations for the U.S. Delegation at the 2012 World Conference on International Telecommunications (WCIT). He also managed operations for the Internet Governance Coalition, an association of global Internet companies in support of a free and open Internet internationally. He has also led media relations support for various NGO delegations at UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) Conference of Parties and regional meetings around the world.
