Stacie Rumenap

Stacie Rumenap is a vice president at DCI Group where she specializes in strategic partnerships and coalition management around advocacy groups, think tanks, and issue experts.

Stacie’s expertise is in issue advocacy and politics. She has led 18 successful ballot initiatives in 11 states, and has spearheaded the passage of legislation in 46 states. She worked on four successful congressional races and served as the finance director for a West Virginia Supreme Court candidate in 2018. She served as the executive director for the Western Republican Leadership Conference, an organization that co-hosted, with CNN, a 2011 presidential candidates’ debate and two-day political conference. Stacie also served as the director of corporate relations for the Mercatus Center at George Mason University, the deputy director at American Conservative Union, has been a contract fundraiser and advisor for American Spectator, Bill of Rights Institute, Americans United for Life, 60 Plus Association, and many other advocacy groups and projects such as Palladian View’s 2013 “Bridging the Gap” women’s summit, an event that promoted conservative women in politics and business.

She got her start in politics working on Capitol Hill for a Member of Congress from Georgia for whom she also campaigned. She assisted in the first national election held in Somaliland, Africa, in 2001.

Stacie also serves as president of Stop Child Predators, a non-profit organization that combats the sexual exploitation of children through targeted educational campaigns aimed at state and federal lawmakers. She has led the organization since its founding in 2006. In addition, Stacie is a member of the executive committee for the Criminal Justice Task Force housed at the American Legislative Exchange Council, a public-private think tank for state-based public policy. She also serves as an advisor to multiple non-profit organizations.

Stacie received her M.A. in Legislative Affairs from George Washington University and her B.A. in Journalism from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
