Srija Santhanam

Srija Santhanam is an accomplished Community Manager at DCKAP since May 2017, responsible for managing community initiatives, organizing events, and outreach activities. Prior to this role, Srija worked as an HR Executive at Veeras Infotek Private Limited, where tasks included issuing offer letters and appointment orders, and gained early experience as an HR Intern at Rane Group. Srija's academic background includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HR and Marketing from RMK Engineering College and a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Science from Jaya Engineering College, complemented by further studies at Stanford Continuing Studies in 2020.
